The digital version, which will be stored in the UNESCO Open Access Repository (UNESDOC), will be available for download from the organization's website.

Greenhouse irrigation or tunnelled irrigation
An irrigation system which does not use rain: only withdrawals, is also called a blue-water intensive and green-water zero system. Typical of Mediterranean coastal zones such as Almeria, South of Sicily, Greece, and Nort Africa Coastal plains.
Contract Farming
When intermediaries decide the price of your tomatoes, sometimes is it not worth to harvest. Contract-farming is reducing the income generation of producers who are pushed to produce more with more fertilizers and more pesticides, at the detriment of water quality.
Intermediaries in food trade
The price of crops at the supermarket and those offered to farmers are disproportionately different at the detriment of farmers and only benefit the big retailers such as the supermarkets and their intermediaries.
